In the pictures above, on the left is me at Mr. Floyd's site of demise. To the right is my husband, Mike, also at Mr. Floyd's. As I have mentioned before, out of respect for him, I do not call him Pretty Boy. He didn't like it and I won't call him that because of it.
Our first encounters at Mr. Floyd were all positive experiences until September 2006. My team and I went out there one night and did three EVP sessions. I had been outside of the car taking pics by myself, while my team members did two sessions in the car. When I got back in they said they didn't get anything. That is not unusual because often, Mr. Floyd either chooses not to talk, or he is not there. Once I put the camera away, I said I wanted to do one more session, which I proceeded to do. The recording lasted 1 minute and 38 seconds. I am the only one who spoke on it. The last 22 seconds of that recording are the most frightening I have ever gotten. In fact, it is the only recording I have ever gotten that scared me. Some one starts saying "I AM ON TOP OF THE CAR!" and each word is said with great effort. It is like this guy is ranting and raving in anger. Then he says over and over "I AM GOING TO GET YOU." I would say, at least 4 times he says it. Then he says "I'M NOT GOING TO GET TO." Then two sentences I can't understand. Then, the last thing he says that I can understand is "I CAN NOT WAIT!" This recording bothers me to this day. I don't go up to Mr. Floyd's much because of it. I would say since 2006 I have been up there maybe 5 times max.
I am completely respectful at every investigation I do. I preach respect for these beings in fact at every event I have. I don't provoke nor do I encourage that. So why would I get a recording like this? I have read several books trying to find out if any one else had an experience similar to this. Or if there is a phenomenon like it out there to compare it to. So far I haven't found anything.
I have my own theories, of course. One is the rumor that a man committed suicide up there and it was his ghost that spoke to us. Another is that we are in death as we were in life. Good person-good ghost. Bad person-bad ghost. And my favorite saying of all--You never want to run into the ghost of a serial killer!
While I have never seen evidence of any, and in fact don't believe in them, Demons are not out of the question. I refuse to believe it is Mr. Floyd saying it. The theory goes that the closer it gets to the date he was gunned down, the more insane his ghost gets.
According to a book I read, Demons give signs to announce themselves. Apparently they favor the left side and like to do things in threes. It goes on to say that if a person becomes possessed, they will tend to want to be alone and isolated from others. They will also start talking out loud to the spirit possessing them. This is from a book called Ghostly Adventures by Christopher Balzano.
Another book I am currently reading is called The Case For Ghosts by J. Allan Danelek. I am not yet finished with it, though so far, he is very accurate as far as my adventures are concerned. They are just two more in a number of books I have read. I am always searching for answers and explanations to things I have encountered. Stories interest me because I am always looking for stories similar to what I have experienced. I have also run into books full of complete crap. But you'll have that.
Are there Demons out there? Well, I believe something evil is out there but there is no sure definition for exactly what. Because of that, you can't rule out anything. If it is Demons, eventually I will come across proof that will convince me. Until then, the jury is still out on their existence.
Ghostly Adventures and The Case For Ghosts are books worth a moment of your time.
